Most patients have some form of dental insurance. Our front office staff is fully trained to help each patent maximize their insurance benefits. Payment OR Insurance Co-Payment is expected on the day of treatment. Please bring your current insurance information (card) and make arrangements for payment before treatment begins. Our office offers Payment options for Co-payment or for patients with out insurance benefits.
